Arrival Times:
Monday to Saturday:
Dogs: 8 am to 12 noon only
Cats: 8 am to 12 noon or 1 pm to 4 pm.
Sunday: We are closed for pets arriving on Sunday
Departure times:
Monday to Saturday: All Pets: 8 am to 12 noon or 1 pm to 4 pm.
Sundays: Strictly 3pm to 4pm.
Handling of pets outside working hours could incur a penalty fee. Deposits will be forfeited if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given prior to booking date.
