About Us / Staff
The Pet Chalet offers clean and comfortable
boarding facilities for dogs and cats. It has been established
for many years, the current owners, Harvey, Noela and Rod
Lake, have been in control since 1996 and enjoy the hands
on management of running a family business.
The Pet Chalet is one of the only major kennels
in Brisbane that does not breed cats or dogs as well.Therefore
your pets stay with us is our only concern. |

Our aim
is to make your pet's stay with us as happy
and comfortable as possible, and the health and well being of
our boarders is our priority. We also strive to provide a peaceful
environment for our guests, as we believe this contributes greatly
towards their comfort.
Consequently, many people comment on the peaceful atmosphere
of The Pet Chalet, where young children can feel free to feed
our friendly ducks or take a row on the dam in our little boat.
We are members of both the Association of Pet Boarding and
Grooming (Qld) Inc. and PIAA (Pet Industry Association of Australia.)

THE STAFF
All our staff are mad pet lovers and enjoy working with animals.
All staff have completed the Certificate in Kennel and Cattery
Practices.
