Booking Conditions

All pets must have a current vaccination certificate to be shown on arrival. For dogs a C5 is required. For cats an F3 is required.

Arrival Times:

Monday to Saturday:

Dogs: 8 am to 12 noon only
Cats: 8 am to 12 noon or 1 pm to 4 pm.

Sunday:

We are closed for pets arriving on Sunday

All Pets: 8 am to 12 noon or 1 pm to 4 pm.

Sundays:

Strictly 3pm to 4pm.

Handling of pets outside working hours could incur a penalty fee.

Deposits will be forfeited if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given prior to booking date.

Rates as of July 2009:

Cats: $16.50 per day.
Dogs: $18.70 - $20.35 per day dependant upon size and breed.

         Entire Male dogs from $29.70 per day.

         Entire Females while in season attract an additional $5.50 per day.
Executive suites: Pure luxury for dogs or cats $49.50 per day (second pet sharing $27.50 per day)

All peak period bookings will have a peak season tariff of $2.20 extra per day.

During these peak times, all dates booked will be charged, regardles of early pickups.

All prices include 10% G.S.T.
All tariffs are calculated daily and include the day of arrival and the day of departure.
We have facilities for cash,cheque or EFTPOS payments.
