	SERVICES Hours of Operation The Pet Chalet is open 7 days a week. Arrival times - Monday to Saturday: Dogs 8.00 am to 12 noon only. Cats 8.00 am to 12 noon or 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Sundays: Closed for pets arriving on Sundays Departure times - Monday to Saturday: *All Pets* 8.00 am to 12 noon or 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Sundays: Strictly 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

	Pick Up & Delivery service. The Pet Chalet offers a Pick Up and Delivery service to and from your home. The charge varies from suburb to suburb. We can also organise all your pets interstate and overseas transport requirements.


	Inspections. Saying good bye to your pet, or boarding your pet for the first time can create a lot of anxiety and we understand this, therefore we welcome inspections. The cattery is available for inspection by appointment anytime. We in fact encourage you to settle your cat into his or her unit yourself. We prefer kennel inspections to be in the mornings for dogs as they can become excited when visitors arrive.
