Pick Up & Delivery Service

Save yourself the trip! We offer a Pick Up and Delivery service to and from your home. The price varies from suburb to suburb so please call or email us for a quote.

Our friendly driver will collect your pet from your home between 6.30am – 8.30am and deliver back home between 2pm – 4pm. All pick up and deliveries are from Monday to Saturday only. If you require a specific time, please discuss this with our team.

Pick ups: If your pet is being picked up by our driver then one of our carers will call you for a check in over the phone and confirm a suitable time on the day prior to your pet’s arrival. If you do not receive a phone call from us by 4pm the day before your pet’s pick up then please call us to check it is organised.

Delivery Home: If your pet is being delivered home, one of our carers will call you the morning of your booked delivery. We will confirm a suitable time and process payment over the phone prior to your pet’s delivery. We will not be able to deliver any pet home that has not paid in full.
