Please use whichever form below is applicable to make an online booking. This form will not provide immediate confirmation of booking or availability. We will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours. However, for a more prompt response to availability please phone us on (07) 3374 1664.

Arrival Times

** Please Note:  All dogs must arrive between 8am and 12 noon please as this gives them a chance to meet the Animal Attendants, have a play and feel comfortable and settled before the end of the day.

Sunday

All Pets:

We are closed for pets arriving on Sunday

Closed: We are closed every day between 12noon – 1pm!  We reopen at 1pm until 4pm.

Departure times

Monday to Saturday

All Pets:

8 am to 12 noon or 1 pm to 4 pm

Sundays

All Pets:

Strictly 3pm to 4pm

Handling of pets outside working hours could incur a penalty fee.
